Travelling with ponies? Be sure you have
your manifest filled out or get a Horse permit. Failure to do so could
result in a $1000.00 fine.
Never been checked? I have been twice in
the past 3 years, once on a secondary road. Luckily I did have my
manifest filled out.
Manifest books and permits are available
from a Livestock Inspector. Inspectors can be located through the
Auction markets.
